Mobile Notary Services in Northern Virginia
Precisive Books LLC is a Virginia-commissioned mobile notary based in Chantilly. I travel to your home, office, care facility, or closing table on Saturdays and Sundays so you don’t have to take time off work or wait for the courthouse to reopen Monday.
Documents I Notarize
- Powers of attorney — financial, general, durable, and limited
- Healthcare directives — living wills, advance medical directives, HIPAA releases
- Affidavits and sworn statements
- Vehicle documents — bills of sale, title transfers, foreign vehicle paperwork
- Trust documents — revocable, irrevocable, and amendments
- Real estate documents — deeds, refinance packages, loan signings
- Personal legal forms — school, medical, travel, immigration, parental consent
If you’re unsure whether your document needs a notary—or whether I can handle it—send me a quick message and I’ll confirm before you book.
Pricing
$35 travel fee + $10 per notarized document. That’s it.
Most appointments include 2–3 stamps, so a typical visit runs $55–$65. There are no weekend surcharges, no hidden booking fees, and no charge for short waits. You’ll know the total before I arrive.
Weekend Availability
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available. Earlier in the week is better for locking in a specific time, but last-minute weekend slots open up regularly—just call.
Why a Mobile Notary?
Convenience
You don’t take time off work. You don’t drive to a bank that might not have a notary on duty. You don’t fight courthouse parking. I show up where you are.
Reliability
Virginia-commissioned, insured, and background-screened. I follow Virginia Secretary of the Commonwealth guidelines on every notarization.
Speed
Most appointments take 15–30 minutes. Multiple documents? Bring them all to one visit and save on travel.
Service Area
I serve a 25–30 mile radius around Chantilly:
- Fairfax County: Chantilly, Centreville, Fairfax, Vienna, Reston, Herndon, Oakton, Burke
- Loudoun County: Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg, Dulles, South Riding
- Prince William County: Manassas, Woodbridge, Dumfries, Gainesville
- Surrounding areas: Arlington, Alexandria, and parts of Fauquier County on request
Not sure if I cover your address? Ask first—I’ll let you know whether your location is within range.
